DEPENDENT INSURANCE OPTIONSIf you are a full time student (taking 75 percent or more of a full course load) in a Massachusetts college or other higher education institution, you are not eligible for the state’s subsidized health insurance program, Commonwealth Care. Dependents are ineligible to enroll in the Massachusetts State College student health insurance plan. However, your dependents may be eligible for subsidized care through Commonwealth Care or MassHealth.
