Massachusetts Health Care Notice

The State of Massachusetts requires all residents to be insured. Proof of insurance coverage will be requested on your State Tax Return. Aetna will send a Health Care 1099 statement to each insured student at his/her local address. Do not throw this form out. You will need it to complete your 2007 Massachusetts Tax Return.
