Dear Student,
University Health Plans is pleased to offer Brown University students and their dependents a dental insurance plan through Delta Dental of Rhode Island effective September 1, 2012. You may enroll in this plan on a voluntary basis; it is not required insurance.
The cost for the dental insurance for the period of September 1, 2012 through August 31, 2013 is:

Students who wish to enroll must fill out the enrollment form under the menu to the left of the screen and pay by credit card.
