The enrollment deadline for the DeltaCare Dental Plan has been extended until 9/15/2010. Any student who enrolls from 8/16/10 to 9/15/10 will have an effective date of October 1, 2010. The premium is not pro-rated.

This is a voluntary dental plan offered to Stevens Institute of Technology students. The policy is effective September 1, 2010 through August 31, 2011. The deadline to enroll is August 15, 2010. You must also elect a Dentist PARTICIPATING IN THE DeltaCare PROGRAM and list his/her number. A list of dentists can be found HERE.
