Delta Dental PPO Dental Plan
UNDERGRADUATE AND NON-FUNDED GRADUATE STUDENTS

Dear Students,

University of Delaware is pleased to offer Funded Graduate students and Post Docs and their dependents a dental insurance plan (Delta Dental PPO) effective September 1, 2010. You may enroll in this plan on a VOLUNTARY basis; it is not required insurance. The on-line enrollment form, plan benefit highlights, and a list of network dentists can be found under the Menu option on the left hand side of this page.

The cost for the dental insurance for the period of September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2011 is:

Students and dependents who wish to enroll MUST enroll and pay the full amount by credit card on-line by September 30, 2010.
