The final deadline to waive for spring 2026 semester was February 28, 2026. The waiver form is no longer available. A late waiver will not be accepted.
Information regarding the 2026-2027 policy year will be available in May 2026.

Digital 1095-B tax forms will be available through the Aetna Member Portal on the Aetna Student Health website starting the last week of January, and no later than January 31st.
Students will receive an email notification at the email address on file once the form is available.
If you have not already created an account, you’ll need to select “Create Account” on the Aetna Member Portal to register before accessing your tax form.
