Delta Dental has several plan types. Please be aware when selecting a provider and do not assume that a dentist who accepts “Delta” accepts all Delta Dental plans.

To find a participating Fixed Copay PPO dentist in your area, you will first need to select “Delta Dental PPO” in the “Choose your network”. (See image below.) If you do not select the Delta Dental PPO plan before searching for a provider, the dentists who appear on the results page may not be considered in-network for this plan. There are no coverage benefits for out of network providers.
