Insurance members need their insurance ID card number in order to access their account via Blue Cross Blue Shield's website. If you have not received an insurance card in the mail please call either University Health Plans at 1-800-437-6448 or Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts at 1-888-753-6615.
