The 2023-2024 waiver deadlines have passed. If you were eligible for the SHIP and did not submit the waiver or enrollment form by the deadline you were automatically enrolled in the student health insurance plan. The 2024-2025 waiver form for returning students will be available in late April 2024 and for incoming students in June 2024.
