The 2024-2025 dependent enrollment form is scheduled to open in mid-May.
If you are a current student and did not enroll your dependents during the open enrollment period, and your dependent has a recent qualifying event such as loss of other coverage, birth, adoption, marriage to you, the student, or recently moved from their plan's service area, your dependent may qualify for special enrollment rights. Contact University Health Plans at 800-437-6448 to complete your enrollment within 30 days of your loss of other coverage.
