If you were eligible for the Emmanuel College Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) and did not submit the waiver or enrollment form by the deadline date, you have been automatically enrolled in the Emmanuel College SHIP. Please email info@univhealthplans.com to request the waiver appeal form if you have other comparable coverage.
