Dear St. John's Students:
St. John's University is pleased to offer our students and their dependents a dental insurance plan (Delta Care USA). You may enroll in this plan on a VOLUNTARY basis; it is not required insurance. The on-line enrollment form, plan benefit highlights, and a list of network dentists can be found on the left side of this page.
The enrollment deadline for coverage effective September 1, 2026 is August 15, 2026.

ASSIGNING A PRIMARY CARE DENTIST
- As part of the enrollment process, you (and any dependents you choose to enroll) MUST elect a Delta Care USA participating general dentist located in the state of New York as your primary care dentist.
- Your enrollment form will not be accepted without this election.
- Please refer to the "Provider Search" link on the left to locate in-network participating providers.
