The Fall 2026 OPT enrollment form is closed. The Spring 2027 OPT enrollment form is scheduled to open in December.
You and your dependent(s) may be eligible for special enrollment this semester if you recently lost other credible coverage or you just arrived in the U.S. Please check the qualifying event enrollment form for reasons that allow enrollment after the deadline.
