The 2025-2026 enrollment form is closed. All non-responders have been automatically enrolled in the Elms student health insurance plan. 

If you waived the 2025-2065 Elms College student health insurance plan and have experienced a qualifying event, such as a loss of other coverage, you may qualify for special enrollment rights. Please contact University Health Plans at 833-251-1728.
