The Fall 2025 dependent enrollment form is closed. The Spring 2026 dependent enrollment form will open December 15th. 

If you or your dependent experiences a qualifying life event, you may be eligible for special enrollment during the current semester. Please review the Qualifying Event Enrollment Form on the left for details on eligible circumstances that allow enrollment after the deadline.
