Delta Dental Plan Options
for New Jersey Students
2025-2026 Policy Year
Dear New Jersey Students,
We are pleased to offer New Jersey College and University students and their dependents a NJ Dental Fixed Copay PPO Plan. The new plan has a copayment structure, providing members with the same predictable payment experience. There will be no deductibles, plan maximums, coinsurance, or a requirement to select a primary care dentist.
You may enroll in this plan on a VOLUNTARY basis; it is not required insurance. The cost is not assessed through your college or university and payment is due at time of enrollment.
As with any insurance plan, please make sure that you have read the Plan Highlights & Benefit Information before enrolling in the dental plan. The enrollment deadline is July 15, 2025, for coverage effective August 1, 2025, through July 31, 2026. The total cost for coverage is as follows:

*An administrative fee is included for system processing, platform management and credit card processing.
Students and dependents who wish to enroll in this plan MUST submit the online enrollment form and pay the full premium amount online via credit card no later than midnight on the posted deadline for their selected coverage period.
Please note: The new Fixed Copay PPO plan benefits are only available when using a Delta Dental PPO dentist. There is no coverage for out of network providers. To find a participating PPO dentist or to confirm if your dentist is part of the PPO network, please go to DeltaDentalNJ.com/FAD and select “Delta Dental PPO” in the “Choose your network” field. If you need to see a dentist when traveling outside of New Jersey, you can visit any Delta Dental PPO dentist and stay in-network.
