The Spring 2026 enrollment period is closed.
The Fall 2026 enrollment form will be open to eligible students once you are enrolled in classes, and not before, on the falling dates:
- First-year School of Health and Human Science students: April 15th
- First-year School of Dentistry students: June 15th
- All other eligible Health Science students: July 15th
