20-21 plan documents will be available soon. The plan documents are currently being approved by the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS). The Empire BCBS Student Health Insurance Plan for 20-21 replicates the current United Student Health Insurance Plan for 19-20 with the exception of the following:
- Outpatient mental health visits will require a $25 copay per visit and is not subject to the deductible.
- Empire BCBS's standard pediatric dental and vision benefits will apply.
