Spring Waiver Form
2024-2025 Academic Year

All full-time (12 or more credits) Marymount Manhattan College (MMC) students are required to have adequate health insurance to cover them for sickness or injury while enrolled in school. Students are not required to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan made available through the college if they can document proof of other comparable coverage by completing the online Waiver Form below.

NOTE: INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ATTENDING MMC ON AN F-1 VISA ARE REQUIRED TO ENROLL IN THE STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN. 

The Spring waiver deadline is February 15, 2025.

Only once your waiver is approved will the charge be removed from your MMC bill.
