Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier Plan

Midwestern University is pleased to inform you that we have partnered with University Health Plans to offer students and their dependents the opportunity to purchase voluntary dental and/or visions insurance plan through Delta Dental. Enrollment in the plans is VOLUNTARY and is not required by the University

The enrollment deadline is midnight August 15, 2025.

If you purchase the plan now, your enrollment will be processed after the deadline and coverage will be made effective September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026.
