If you waived the 2025-2026 WPI student health insurance plan and have experienced a qualifying event, such as a loss of other coverage, you may qualify for special enrollment rights. Please contact University Health Plans at 877-514-2091.
A qualifying event is a change in situation like losing health insurance coverage, getting married, or having a baby. These changes can make you and/or your dependents eligible for a special enrollment period. Funded Graduate students needing to enroll themselves or their dependent(s) due to a qualifying event, please contact WPI's Division of Talent & Inclusion.
