Annual Waiver Form for Physician Assistant Students
2026 Calendar Year

It is important that students make an informed decision regarding their health insurance coverage. Before waiving the Bryant University PA Student Health Insurance Plan, review your current plan to ensure it meets the waiver criteria below.

• Plan is currently active and provides coverage for the entire calendar year while a registered student.
• Plan provides comprehensive coverage (access to doctors, specialists, hospitals, labs, pharmacies, and behavioral health without restriction or limitations). Please note, out of state Medicaid and many HMO or EPO plans do not provide comprehensive out-of-area coverage. Urgent or Emergency only coverage does not satisfy this requirement.
• Plan is ACA (Affordable Care Act) compliant and filed and approved in the United States

Please note, if you are graduating in March 2026 you are waiving coverage effective 1/1/26 – 3/31/26.
