The plan design changes for 2021-2022 can have a significant impact on out-of-pocket costs. Specifically, specialty drugs will now will require the insured to pay 30% of the prescription cost, up to the $4,000 out-of-pocket maximum.
Before enrolling, we encourage students to compare all other insurance options. The Massachusetts Health Connector offers information for Massachusetts residents about the online marketplace where you can compare and purchase insurance plans. You may be eligible for a Subsidized Health Plan (a low-or-no-cost insurance program for qualifying uninsured adults).
