The Postdoctoral Fellow Enrollment Form is Closed.
The open enrollment period for Postdoctoral Fellows ended on September 15, 2026 and the enrollment form is now closed. Enrollment may still be available if you have experienced a qualifying life event or if you have received a new Postdoctoral contract that began during the policy year. To request a review of your eligibility for enrollment, please email info@univhealthplans.com. Requests must be submitted within 31 days of the qualifying life event or the effective date of the new Postdoctoral contract.
