Postdoctoral Fellows (Post Docs) with an active contract can elect to purchase the UD Plan by completing this form and submitting payment online with a credit card. Dependent enrollment, for eligible dependents, is available on the left-hand side of the page.
SPRING Plan Deadline
Post Doc Enrollment Forms received by University Health Plans (UHP) with the full premium payment by midnight on 2/28/24 (final deadline) will be made effective as 2/1/24.
Please Note: The payment made to UHP for the Student Health Insurance Plan is NOT related to the Student Health Services fee charged to a UD account.
