This form is for new spring students only. Eligible spring part-time, non-degree and graduate domestic students carrying a minimum of six (6) credit hours who are not automatically charged for spring coverage but meet eligibility requirements to enroll.

Eligibility will be confirmed with the school prior to processing. If you were eligible for fall semster and did not enroll by the fall deadline, this enrollment will not be processed.
