Fall 2024 Mandatory Student Enrollment Form

Undergraduate Students: If you are registered in 9 or more credits you are automatically billed the fall insurance fee on your tuition bill and will be enrolled in the SHIP unless you submit a waiver form by the posted fall deadline. Students will not be automatically enrolled in the SHIP until after the deadline. To expedite the processing of the enrollment, students are encouraged to submit this enrollment form. Eligibility will be confirmed with the College prior to processing.

Important: Please enter your 7-digit RIC Student ID number with the leading zero in the Student ID field below. If you do not have this number, please contact the Rhode Island College Bursar's Office.
