The spring 2026 enrollment deadline has passed. If you were charged the spring 2026 insurance fee on your student account and did not submit a waiver form by the deadline, you will be automatically enrolled in the Plan.

If you have a life changing event (i.e. involuntary loss of coverage) and need to enroll in the insurance plan after waiving, please contact University Health Plans at 1-833-251-1148 or info@univhealthplans.com. Enrollment must occur within 30 days of the qualifying life event.

Information regarding the 2026-2027 policy year will be available in June 2026.
