The 2025-2026 policy year OPT Student enrollment deadline was October 1, 2025.

Initial enrollment must occur in the semester immediately following your eligibility as a student under the Plan. If you were approved for fall 2025 OPT after the deadline, please email your explanation and date of approval to meghan@univhealthplans.com.

Eligible Spring Students: Please check back the second week of December for an update for spring 2025.
