DEPENDENT ENROLLMENT
Students who have confirmed their own enrollment in the Rutgers Postdoctoral Fellows, Graduate Fellows, and Less Than Full Appointments Partial TAs-GAs Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) may use this form to add eligible dependents to the plan. Eligible dependents are the spouse, domestic partner, or child(ren) of a Postdoctoral Fellow, Graduate Fellow, or a Less Than Full Appointment Partial TA-GA student. Students who are not currently enrolled in the SHIP may not purchase coverage for their dependents.
The Fall Dependent Enrollment Deadline is September 30, 2025.
