The enrollment form for Spring 2026 is closed. Students who did not complete a form have been automatically enrolled and charged the student health insurance premium.

To access your online insurance card, select Insurance ID Card on the left sidebar.

The enrollment form for the 2026/2027 school year will be available in late July.
