The spring 2026 waiver deadline has passed.

If you have a life changing event (i.e. involuntary loss of coverage) and need to enroll in the insurance plan after waiving, please contact University Health Plans at 1-833-251-1148 or info@univhealthplans.com. Enrollment must occur within 30 days of the qualifying life event.

The spring 2026 waiver appeal form is available on the left side of this page. The waiver appeal deadline will be March 20, 2026.

Information regarding the 2026-2027 policy year will be available in June 2026.
