The annual 2025-2026 enrollment period is closed.  All eligible students have been enrolled for coverage. You can access your plan information using the BCBS Member ID Look Up on the left hand side of the page.

If you waived coverage but now need to enroll and have experienced a qualifying event, such as a loss of other coverage, you may qualify for special enrollment rights. Please contact University Health Plans at 833-207-6458.

The Spring 2026 form will be available to new incoming spring students in November 2025.
