The annual enrollment period is closed.  All eligible students have been enrolled for coverage effective 8/13/2024. You can access your plan information using the BCBS Member ID Look Up on the left hand side of the page.

If you waived coverage but now need to enroll and have experienced a qualifying event, such as a loss of other coverage, you may qualify for special enrollment rights. Please contact University Health Plans at 833-207-6458.
