The waiver form for the 2024-2025 academic year is closed. Students who did not complete the enrollment or waiver form have been automatically enrolled and charged the student health insurance premium.

Please note: If you are a student who has been approved for NJ Family Care, you have until November 30th to waive. To get the waiver form, please email that request to info@univhealthplans.com. 

To access your online insurance card, please go to www.universityhealthplans.com/rowan and select Insurance ID Card on the left side of the page.

The waiver form for Spring 2025 will be available in early December.
