The deadline for the Spring 2025-2026 waiver form was January 21, 2026. Students were then permitted to submit a late waiver until March 1, 2026. Waivers submitted beyond this date are not accepted. 

Please note that you are required to submit a new waiver form each academic year. The 2026-2027 waiver form will be available mid-June.
