The final deadline to submit the enrollment form to confirm enrollment in the Student Health Insurance Plan for the spring 2024 policy period was February 29, 2024. The enrollment form is no longer available. If you are an eligible student and did not submit a waiver or enrollment form by the deadline, you will be automatically enrolled in the Student Health Plan for spring 2024 semester.
