The enrollment form for the 2024-2025 school year is closed. Students who did not complete the enrollment form have been automatically enrolled and charged the student health insurance premium.

Please note: If you are a student who has been approved for NJ Family Care, you have until Novemberv 30th to waive. To get the waiver form, please email that request to info@univhealthplans.com. 

To access your online insurance card, please go to www.universityhealthplans.com/ramapo and select Insurance ID Card on the left side of the page. 

The enrollment form for Spring 2025 will be available in mid-late November.
