The enrollment form for Fall 2025 is closed. Students who did not complete the enrollment or waiver form have been automatically enrolled and charged the student health insurance premium.

To access your online insurance card, select Insurance ID Card on the left sidebar. 

The enrollment for Spring 2026 will be available in mid-December.
