Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier Plan

Illinois Institute of Technology is pleased to inform you that we have partnered with University Health Plans to offer students and their dependents the opportunity to purchase voluntary dental and/or visions insurance plan through Delta Dental. Enrollment in the plans is VOLUNTARY and is not required by the University

The enrollment deadline is 9/1/2024.

If you purchase the plan now, your coverage will be effective September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025.
