The final deadline to enroll for the spring 2026 policy period was February 20, 2026. The enrollment form is no longer available.

If you have a life changing event (i.e. involuntary loss of coverage) and need to enroll in the insurance plan after the deadline, please contact University Health Plans at 1-833-251-1134 or info@univhealthplans.com. Enrollment must occur within 30 days of the qualifying life event.

2026-2027 Policy Year: Please check back mid-May for information regarding the 2026-2027 policy year.
