The final deadline to enroll for the spring 2026 policy period was February 20, 2026. The enrollment form is no longer available.

If you have a life changing event (i.e. involuntary loss of coverage) and need to enroll in the insurance plan after the deadline, please contact University Health Plans at 1-833-251-1134 or info@univhealthplans.com. Enrollment must occur within 30 days of the qualifying life event.

Effective August 15, 2026 students who do not live in University housing will not be eligible to enroll in SHIP.
