Aetna 1095-B Tax Form
Digital 1095-B tax forms will be available through the Aetna Member Portal on the Aetna Student Health website starting the last week of January, and no later than January 31st.
Students will receive an email notification at the email address on file once the form is available.
If you have not already created an account, you’ll need to select “Create Account” on the Aetna Member Portal to register before accessing your tax form.
