The spring 2024 policy period waiver deadline was February 26, 2024.

Eligible students who did not waive or confirm enrollment by the deadline were automatically enrolled in the Student Health Plan and were sent an email notification. The waiver form was left available through March 13, 2024. The form has been shut down. No late waivers will be accepted at this time.

The 2024-2025 policy year waiver form will be available in early summer 2024. Please check back in late May/early June for an update.
