The spring 2026 policy period waiver deadline was February 27, 2026.

Eligible students who did not waive or confirm enrollment by the deadline were automatically enrolled in the Student Health Plan and were sent an email notification. The waiver form was left available through March 12, 2026. The form has been shut down. No late waivers will be accepted at this time.
