The deadline to submit an enrollment confirmation form for the Spring 2026 policy period was March 12, 2026. 

Eligible students who did not submit a waiver or enrollment confirmation form by the spring 2026 deadline have been automatically enrolled in the Plan retroactive to January 1, 2026 and are responsible for the insurance charge on the student account.

If you previously waived and have experienced a qualifying life event, please contact University Health Plans to discuss eligibility to enroll in the Student Health Plan.
