The 2023-2024 spring enrollment deadline for traditional undergraduate and Term 2 students has passed. If you met the eligibility requirements and did not submit the waiver or enrollment form by the deadline you have been automatically enrolled in the annual student health insurance plan.

The annual 2024-2025 enrollment form will be available in June 2024. 

If you have experienced a qualifying event, such as a loss of other coverage, you may qualify for special enrollment rights. Please contact University Health Plans at 833-251-1731.
