The Annual and Spring enrollment deadline for traditional undergraduates has passed. If you met the eligibility requirements and did not submit the waiver or enrollment form by the deadline, you have been automatically enrolled in the student health insurance plan.

The Summer enrollment form for newly admitted Summer 2026 students will be available in mid-April.  

If you have experienced a qualifying event, such as a loss of other coverage, you may qualify for special enrollment rights. Please contact University Health Plans at 833-251-1731.
