The Annual 2026-2027 Enrollment Form is closed and all non-responders have been automatically enrolled in the Brandeis SHIP effective 08/15/2026.

If you waived the 2026-2027 Brandeis University student health insurance plan and have experienced a qualifying event, such as a loss of other coverage, you may qualify for special enrollment rights. Please contact University Health Plans at 833-251-1737.

The 2027-2028 Enrollment Form will be available in May 2027.

Your plan uses the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Formulary — Focused

The Focused Formulary does not cover GLP-1 medications approved for weight loss, including but not limited to Saxenda, liraglutide, Wegovy, and Zepbound.

GLP-1 medications that are FDA-approved to treat diabetes will continue to be covered.
