The 2025-2026 waiver deadline has passed. If you were eligible for the SHIP and did not submit the waiver form by the deadline you were automatically enrolled in the student health insurance plan.

If you are newly eligible for MassHealth or a subsidized Massachusetts Health Connector Plan that is effective prior to 1/1/26, or not attending Brandies University for Spring 2026 you may submit the Spring Termination Request Form located in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of this page.
