The enrollment form for Spring 2026 is closed. Students who did not complete the waiver or enrollment form have been automatically enrolled and charged the student health insurance premium.

To access your online insurance card, please go to www.universityhealthplans.com/tcnj and select Insurance ID Card on the left side of the page. 

The enrollment form for the 2026/2027 school year will be available in late July.
