The enrollment form for Spring 2024 is closed. Students who did not complete the enrollment form have been automatically enrolled and charged the student health insurance premium.

To access your online insurance card, please go to www.universityhealthplans.com/tcnj and select Insurance ID Card on the left side of the page. 

The enrollment form for the 2024-2025 school year will be available in mid July.
