Insurance members need their insurance ID number to access their insurance benefits and account via Blue Cross Blue Shield's website. Your ID number will be provided via email at the beginning of the plan year.

Your plan uses the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Formulary — Focused
The Focused Formulary does not cover GLP-1 medications approved for weight loss, including but not limited to Saxenda, liraglutide, Wegovy, and Zepbound.
GLP-1 medications that are FDA-approved to treat diabetes will continue to be covered.
